Job Description
Web Lankan is a leading, award-winning Web designing/development and Digital marketing Company located in Colombo, Sri Lanka. We are seeking a passionate and talented individual to join our team as a Business Analyst.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute projects within scope, timeline, and budget.
- Align project objectives with business goals.
- Document processes, suggest improvements, and initiate action plans.
- Develop effective communication plans for stakeholders.
- Conduct research for customer meetings.
- Facilitate project meetings and update stakeholders.
- Work with cross-functional teams for project success.
- Call customers, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Analyze business processes for improvements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology or related field.
- Proven experience as Business Analyst or in a similar role.
- Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and attentiveness to details.
