Job Description
The Business Analyst will work closely with the Head of Data Engineering & Business Intelligence Unit to streamline data analytics processes, identify trends, and facilitate informed decision-making for organizational growth.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct data cleansing, processing, and validation
- Analyze performance metrics and detect discrepancies
- Translate data findings into actionable insights
- Create comprehensive company dashboards and reports
- Recognize patterns within diverse data sets
- Collaborate with teams to perform market analysis
- Manage ad hoc tasks to support decision-making processes
Qualifications:
- Background in business management or analytics
- Strong numerical and analytical capabilities
- Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience with SQL, Tableau, or Power BI
- Ability to thrive in dynamic work environments
