Job Description
The ideal candidate should work towards solving information technology-centered issues in the organization, directly work with internal and external stakeholders and customers.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Meet and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to fulfill project scope and system requirements
- Translate technical specifications into non-technical requirements
- Develop, analyze priorities and organize requirement specifications, data mapping, diagrams and flowcharts for developers and testers to follow
- Define and coordinate the execution of testing procedures and develop test cases to serve the overall quality assurance processes
- Provide all documentation of all processes
- Develop and implement maintenance procedures, monitoring systems, gather system statistics and trouble reported errors and issues
- Provide training as required
Competencies and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT related field
- Minimum 2 years of working experience. ERP knowledge will be an added advantage
- Demonstrate Project Management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
- Experience in Documentation, diagrams, etc
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize activities, manage a team, and deliver the project on time
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
