Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Work with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements for the core banking system. Assist with data mapping and migration.
- Review current business processes, propose improvements, and develop process flow diagrams. Serve as a liaison between stakeholders, the project team, and vendors.
- Ensure system design aligns with business needs by collaborating with vendors and internal teams. Support user acceptance testing (UAT) validation.
- Create and execute test cases to verify system functionality. Manage UAT, monitor issues, and ensure resolution before deployment.
- Keep stakeholders informed on project status, potential risks, and updates throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify training requirements and collaborate with vendors to establish training programs, user manuals, and materials for both onsite and remote learning.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 5 years in banking or financial services.
- Solid expertise in core banking software, business process management, and project management methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to bridge business requirements and technical solutions.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Preferred certifications like CBAP, PMP, or equivalent are a plus.
