Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team at SimCentric Sri Lanka. If you have a passion for technology and enjoy working in a dynamic, agile environment, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with stakeholders to communicate, gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Develop software design documents including user stories and wireframes.
• Manage requirements and prioritize tasks within the Jira Product Backlog, collaborating with cross-functional agile teams for execution.
• Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate product releases.
• Create and maintain product documentation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business IT, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Knowledge of Agile Scrum, Jira, and Confluence.
• Passion for Gaming, Web Technologies, and Simulation Applications is a plus.
