• Plan, coordinate, and execute projects from inception to completion within the defined scope, timeline, and budget
• Work with stakeholders to ensure alignment of project objectives with business goals and objectives
• Create and maintain project documentation, including project plans, risk assessments, and change management plans
• Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure a smooth transition and adoption of new processes and technologies
• Develop and implement effective communication plans to keep stakeholders informed of project progress and changes
• Create status reports and presentations that are tailored to executive audiences
• Produce videos for presentations to stakeholders
• Manage project issues and risks, ensuring that mitigation plans are in place and executed as needed
• Track project performance using appropriate metrics and reporting tools
• Facilitate project meetings and communicate project status to key stakeholders
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure project success

Your Blueprint for Success

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• At least 3 years of experience in project coordination and management, preferably in the technology industry
• Strong change management, communication, executive reporting, and video production skills, including experience in developing and delivering videos for presentations
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
