Job Description
Are you competent in Data analysis and Business analysis with strong communication skills? Nova Motives HR Solutions is seeking a Business Analyst for our client.
Responsibilities:
- Design solution setup and configuration.
- Lead system setup within agreed milestones.
- Analyze business requirements and translate into solution.
- Ensure accurate recognition setup.
- Develop expertise on product solutions.
- Elicit and develop solution requirements.
- Collaborate with teams for implementation.
- Maintain project database and analyze data.
- Support pre-sales activities.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years experience as a business/system analyst.
- Experience in Retail/CPG/FMCG market is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with good documentation skills.
Education:
- BSc in Computer Science or equivalent.
Key Competencies:

- Product-oriented with attention to detail.
