Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Analyst at Mind Plus in Colombo. The Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business processes, gathering and documenting business requirements, and communicating effectively with stakeholders to drive business improvements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Masters degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 03 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques.
• Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI, is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Conduct data analysis to support business decisions and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and maintain detailed business process documentation, including workflows, diagrams, and use cases.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit requirements and validate solutions.
• Work closely with project managers, developers, and quality assurance teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions.
• Assist in the development of project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. Identify and communicate risks and issues, proposing mitigation strategies.
• Create and deliver presentations and reports to stakeholders, summarizing findings and recommendations.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in business analysis and project management.
