Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
- Analyze and map business processes for improvement.
- Develop functional specifications and system design documents.
- Ensure accurate implementation by working closely with development teams.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide implementation support.
- Create and maintain project documentation.
- Act as a liaison between business units and IT.
- Monitor project progress and provide updates.
- Assist in developing training materials and conduct user training sessions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or related field.
- 1-2 years of Business Analyst experience in IT.
- Strong understanding of business process modeling and requirements gathering.
- Proficient in using business analysis tools and techniques.
- Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools is a plus.
- Professional certification (CBAP, CCBA) is a plus.
