Job Description
This full-time on-site role in Colombo involves assisting the Senior Business Analyst with defining business requirements, creating detailed analyses, supporting financial modeling, and maintaining system processes.
Key Accountabilities:
- Define business requirements and report to stakeholders
- Create detailed business analyses
- Support financial modeling and forecasting
- Perform quality assurance
- Define reporting and alerting requirements
- Build relationships with partners
- Design and document system processes
- Report technical issues and provide recommendations
- Communicate key insights to the team
- Seek ways to improve monitoring and client value
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in IT/Management or relevant field
- Excellent English communication skills
- Immediate availability to start
- Tech-savvy with strong analytical skills
- Knowledge in data analysis and visualization
- Basic understanding of process documentation
