Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Implementing and maintaining ERP systems.
• Provide technical & functional support to clients, troubleshooting issues, and resolving system-related problems.
• Defining requirements, scope, and objectives related to overall business strategies.
• Translating business requirements into ERP solutions.
• Collaborating with the technical team, business management, external consultants, end users, and other stakeholders.
• Researching, troubleshooting, and mitigating transactional and other ERP issues.
• Work with the Implementation teams to ensure that the project is delivered to the plan and the budget.
• Acting as the first point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.
• Developing training materials and training the client in the use of the configured solution.
• Supporting the client in testing the system prior to going live.
• Supporting the client in data migration.
• Performs business process analysis, consultation, design, implementation, deployment, and documentation of ERP software.

Qualifications:

• Enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program in Information Systems, Information Technology, Business Management, Finance & Accounting, or a related field.
• Experience in ERP software and related modules will be an added advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex business processes and data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
