Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze short-term projects to identify business needs and objectives.
- Gather, document, and validate project requirements.
- Develop and execute test cases to ensure project quality.
- Apply Agile methodologies for efficient project management.
- Prepare detailed documentation (requirements, test plans, project reports).
- Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of experience in business analysis.
- Excellent written communication skills in English.
- Ability to leverage generative AI for various tasks including analysis and testing.
- Proficient in XML and JSON data analysis (advantageous).
- Strong knowledge of test case creation and execution.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies (advantageous).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
