Job Description

The ideal candidate will be instrumental in understanding client needs, mapping out business processes, and designing tailored workflow solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of business process management (BPM) principles.

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to gather, document, and analyze their business requirements.
• Develop detailed process maps, workflows, and specifications to guide solution design and implementation.
• Conduct gap analysis to identify areas where workflow solutions can enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Collaborate closely with technical teams to ensure solutions align with business requirements and objectives.
• Create and deliver reports, dashboards, and other visualizations to support client decision-making.
• Provide ongoing support and consultation to clients to optimize and refine implemented solutions.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 1+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on business process improvement.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in implementing workflow solutions is a plus.
