Job Description
Responsibilities
- Work with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Facilitate communication between business users and developers using wireframes and flow diagrams.
- Develop FRS, data mapping, diagrams, and flowcharts based on user requirements.
- Collaborate with development, QA, and design teams to ensure client expectations are met.
Requirements
- BSc. in Software Engineering/Computer Science/Information Technology.
- 1-2 years of Business Analysis experience in software development.
- Experience in Insurance domain is a plus.
- Ability to work independently in a team environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
