Job Description
Responsibilities
- Work with product owners, business subject matter experts and department heads to elicit business requirements and translate them into technical/functional requirements.
- Facilitate discussions between business users & developers using appropriate analysis tools such as wireframes and flow diagrams.
- Develop FRS, data mapping, diagrams and flowcharts based on user requirements.
- Collaborate with development, quality assurance, and designing teams to exceed client expectations.
Requirements
- BSc. In Software Engineering/Computer Science / Information Technology required.
- 1 to 2 years of Business Analysis experience in a software development environment.
- Experience in Insurance domain is a plus.
- Ability to work independently with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English.
