Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Work with product owners, business subject matter experts, and department heads to elicit business requirements and translate them into technical or functional requirements.
- Facilitate discussions between business users & developers using appropriate analysis tools such as wireframes and flow diagrams.
- Develop FRS, data mapping, diagrams, and flowcharts based on user requirements.
- Collaborate with development, quality assurance, and design teams to ensure built solutions meet client expectations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology.
- 1-2 years of experience in Business Analysis in software development.
- PMI-PBA or other professional certification is a plus.
- Experience in the Insurance domain is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills in English.
