Job Description

Job Duties:

• Perform financial forecasting, reporting, and metrics tracking
• Analyze financial data and create models for decision support
• Report on financial performance and prepare for leadership reviews
• Analyze past results, perform variance analysis, and make improvement recommendations
• Collaborate with accounting team for accurate financial reporting
• Evaluate financial performance and guide cost analysis
• Provide trend analysis, forecasts, and optimization recommendations
• Identify process improvements and develop reporting tools
• Conduct market research, data mining, and maintain financial models

Requirements:

• CIMA/bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field
• 2-3 years experience as Business Analyst in finance or related fields
• CFA Part qualification is a plus
• Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
