Job Description
A worldwide Digital ID leader, SML Group, is seeking a Business Analyst for ERP to join our team. Responsibilities include providing second-level support, troubleshooting issues, preparing reports, conducting testing, and collaborating with stakeholders.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of ERP support experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics ERP (AX/D365) beneficial
- Bachelor’s degree in information systems or related field
- Understanding of business processes and accounting
- Excellent English communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure, independently, and in a team
- Willingness to travel
