Job Description
Position: Business Analyst

Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or equivalent, with a Part Qualification in CIMA/CA/CIM.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Minimum 2 years of analysis experience in a business support role related.
- Demonstrated ability to build effective relationships (internally and externally).
- Strong command of English.
Responsibilities:
- Provide information to Brand custodians for effective decision-making using ERP system data.
- Conduct market research through retail channels and sales teams to identify trends and patterns.
- Develop processes to analyze and utilize market insights effectively.
- Forecast and prepare monthly independent sales budgets by brand, category, design, shade, fit size, and sleeve using ERP system data and market insights.
- Formulate, monitor, and evaluate KPIs.
- Prepare project/business proposals.
- Fulfill data requirements of external bodies.
- Handle team responsibilities.
