Job Description
Creo360, a software product engineering and IT consulting company in Sri Lanka, seeks a dynamic Intern Business Analyst cum Customer Support to join the team.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements.
- Coordinate activities with cross-functional teams.
- Translate requirements into functional specifications.
- Contribute to business analysis practices.
- Develop and maintain business process models.
- Conduct product demonstrations and follow up on leads.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Marketing experience is advantageous.
