Requirements:
- 02 years of experience in a similar capacity in the IT Industry.
- Understanding the Functional and Non-functional requirements of the client and translating them into technical requirements.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English is essential.
- Identify potential new and improved technical directions that can be recommended to clients.
- Analyses information to identify trends, patterns, gaps, and insights using descriptive analytics. May use data visualization tools to further business insights.
- Ability to create interactive documentation, specification, and user stories.
- Excellent people and management skills to interact when working closely with Technical teams/IT professionals to meet clients’ expectations.
