Job Description
Brown & Company PLC is a leading conglomerate in Sri Lanka, looking for a dedicated individual to join us as a Business Analyst.
Main Responsibilities:
- Participate in gathering requirements and creating detailed documentation.
- Develop roadmaps and prioritize requirements.
- Analyze needs and propose effective solutions.
- Manage product backlogs and sprint activities.
- Conduct quality assurance tests and review test cases.
- Engage in training sessions and obtain user approvals for releases.
- Create user manuals and provide necessary training.
Requirements:
- Hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Business IT or Engineering.
- Have 2-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Be a team player with strong leadership abilities.
- Possess excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects effectively.
- Experience in UI/UX and familiarity with SFA/CRM systems is advantageous.
