Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Work with technology teams to provide solutions that align with Business needs.
• Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to convert business requirements.
• Act as a bridge between business and tech teams, translating between technical and non-technical members.
• Collaborate with business owners and stakeholders to gather user stories and translate them into requirements.
• Understand the business vision and translate it into technology solutions.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven expertise in capturing software solution needs from users and stakeholders.
• Experience in documenting requirements, test cases, and training material.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
