Job Description:
- Collect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets related to operational performance, customer behavior, and market trends.
- Identify areas for process optimization and develop actionable recommendations for efficiency.
- Work closely with internal teams, including operations, marketing, finance, and IT.
- Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and presentations to support decision-making.
- Participate in projects to implement new systems aligned with business goals.
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research for strategic planning.
- Develop comprehensive documentation of business requirements and processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Data Analytics.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the airline or travel industry.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Tableau).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in work.
