Job Description
As the Brand and Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in executing business strategies, enhancing brand positioning, and identifying business development opportunities through market research for Elevate Talent Solutions Co.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies and marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats.
- Monitor key performance indicators to measure marketing effectiveness and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Stay updated on industry trends and recommend innovative marketing strategies.
- Lead digital marketing strategy, drive customer engagement, and generate leads.
- Create digital advertising materials and optimize content marketing on the website.
- Cultivate strategic partnerships with industry influencers and stakeholders.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration; MBA preferred.
- 5-10 years’ marketing experience, preferably in real estate.
- Knowledge of commercial real estate trends.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
