Job Description

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Brand Manager located in Colombo. The Brand Manager will be responsible for developing and executing brand strategies, conducting market research, managing budgets, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and analyzing data to drive business growth.

Qualifications

  • Brand Management, Marketing, and Strategic Planning skills
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Experience with market research and data analysis
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing software
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience in the consumer goods industry is a plus
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams is a plus
