Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Brand Manager located in Colombo at Headmasters Solutions. As a Brand Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and execution of brand strategies, managing marketing campaigns, conducting market research, monitoring brand performance, coordinating with external agencies, and ensuring brand consistency. This is an on-site role, requiring you to work from our office in Colombo.
Qualifications
- Experience in brand management, marketing, and advertising
- Strong knowledge of market research and analysis
- Excellent understanding of brand positioning and messaging
- Proficient in developing and implementing marketing campaigns
- Ability to coordinate and collaborate with external agencies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a team and independently
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience in the HR industry is a plus
