Delmege Forsyth & Company Limited is seeking a dynamic individual to fill the role of Brand Manager for Motha, a well-known brand within our FMCG cluster. Join us in managing a portfolio of beloved consumer brands and driving growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement annual marketing plans
• Conduct market research for brand strategies
• Lead new product development and market launches
• Execute ATL and digital marketing campaigns
• Plan consumer promotions and trade marketing strategies
• Enhance brand visibility through campaigns
• Maintain key principal relationships

Ideal Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales & Marketing
• 6-8 years of brand management experience in FMCG
