Job Description

What you’ll be doing…
- Assist in crafting brand strategies and plans for short-term and long-term achievement of business deliverables
- Developing an in-depth understanding of the market and consumers through regular market visits and consumer interactions
- Analyzing available data and formulating pertinent strategies and plans to address identified issues, opportunities and/or trends
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional stakeholders, global teams, and a network of partner agencies to deliver brand objectives
- Monitoring brand budget spends and P&L
What we are looking for…
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
- 5 years+ in brand building/brand development preferably in Alco-bev/FMCG manufacturing environment
- Open-minded, practical creativity, and result-oriented
- Excellent written, oratorical, and presentation skills in English and Sinhala
- Proficient in creative tools and Microsoft Office suite
