Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies aligned with the company’s objectives and target audience.
• Manage brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity across all marketing collateral, including digital platforms, print materials, and events.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscapes, and consumer preferences to inform brand strategy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment with business objectives.
• Lead brand campaigns and initiatives, including product launches, thought leadership initiatives, and corporate events.
• Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of marketing efforts and identify areas for improvement.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance the company’s brand presence and reputation.

Person Specification

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in brand management, preferably within the financial services or investment banking industry.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand strategies that drive business growth and enhance brand equity.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and consumer insights to inform strategic decision-making.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Creative thinker with a keen eye for design and attention to detail.
• Results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering measurable outcomes and ROI.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with marketing analytics tools and platforms.
