Job Description
Designation: Brand Assistant
Location: Colombo
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute brand strategies tailored to showroom environments, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling showroom experiences that resonate with our target audience.
- Manage the end-to-end process of showroom design and setup, from concept development to final execution.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities, leveraging insights to inform brand initiatives.
- Oversee the creation of marketing materials and collateral for showroom displays, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of showroom activities, providing regular reports and insights to inform decision-making.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with showroom partners and vendors to maximize brand visibility and opportunities for collaboration.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1 year of experience in brand management, preferably within the showroom and interior industry.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand strategies.
- Strong understanding of showroom dynamics and consumer behavior within the interior space.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey brand messaging effectively across different channels.
- Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and the ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with relevant marketing tools and software.
