Job Description
Responsibilities
- Effective implementation of brand communications, including ATL, corporate communications, media and Public Relations to improve awareness and visibility.
- Assist in constructing a strategic business communications plan while conceptualizing and implementing creative and innovative communications initiatives.
- Involve in the development and effective implementation of a strategic digital communications strategy and engaging content.
- Assist in developing and executing the company’s PR strategy, with special focus on digital PR.
- Maintain and manage PR ranking while enabling growth in PR value on Press and Digital.
- Support ESG campaigns and submission of relevant communications data.
Job Requirements
- University Degree holder (preferably in a language and/or marketing).
- CIM and/or professional Marketing qualifications.
- Minimum of 5 years of Communications and Brand building exposure.
- Excellent written and verbal communications in English and Sinhala.
- Planning, coordination, and cross-functional management skills.
- Previous advertising/media exposure preferred.
- Creativity, visualization skills, and ability of creative direction.
