Job Description

Job Title: BMS Operator

Location: Saudi Arabia

Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented BMS Operator to join our team in Saudi Arabia. The BMS Operator will be responsible for the effective operation, monitoring, and maintenance of the Building Management System to ensure optimal performance of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and control the Building Management System (BMS) to maintain efficient building operations.
• Respond promptly to BMS alarms and alerts, identifying issues and taking corrective actions as necessary.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance of BMS equipment and systems.
• Collaborate with facility management and engineering teams to troubleshoot and resolve BMS-related issues.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a BMS Operator or similar role in a commercial or industrial setting.
• Technical knowledge of Building Management Systems, HVAC systems, electrical systems, and related equipment.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Saudi nationals or candidates with legal authorization to work in Saudi Arabia preferred.

Education and Certifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical certification or vocational training in HVAC, Building Automation Systems, or a related field is an advantage.
