NEX-GEN ENGINEERING STUDIO specializes in design visualization solutions using Computer-Aided Design (CAD) and Building Information Modelling (BIM) systems for architectural, civil, landscaping, and MEP services.

Role Description

This full-time on-site role in Colombo requires a BIM Modeler to create detailed 3D models, collaborate with architects and engineers, develop construction drawings, and ensure accuracy in BIM data and models.

Qualifications:

• Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Construction Drawings skills
• Architecture and Modeler expertise
• Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) knowledge
• Experience in BIM software and tools
• Ability to interpret architectural and engineering drawings
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field
