Job Description
Are you detail-oriented with a passion for numbers and customer service? 5GN Sri Lanka is looking for a Billing & Account Receivable Officer to join our dynamic finance team. You will manage and maintain accounts receivable processes, ensure accurate billing, and provide top-notch service to clients.
Responsibilities:
- Handle and record receipts, update AR report daily.
- Oversee accounts receivable and credit control process.
- Investigate and resolve billing disputes, maintain accurate financial records.
- Assist with billing runs, payment systems, and customer queries.
Qualifications:
- Proven accounts receivable or related finance experience.
- Degree in Finance or professional qualifications like ACCA, CIMA, or CA.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Proficiency in billing and accounting software.
