Job Description
To serve the needs of the business, our guests and our colleagues by administering the day-to-day operations of Beverage service areas in the hotel. Responsible for ensuring exceptional and profitable beverage offerings, achieving budget goals, forecasting business demands, maintaining safety and sanitation standards, and overseeing team training and development. The Beverage Manager will lead by example to motivate team members to excel.
Qualifications
- College Diploma in Hotel Management or related field
- Previous experience in a Food & Beverage/Restaurant operations leadership role
- Passion for leadership and teamwork
- Eye for detail to achieve operational excellence
- Excellent guest service skills
