Job Description
What Are You Going To Do
As the Belt Splicer Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising the belt splicing team and ensuring that all belts are spliced according to the company’s standards and safety regulations. You will also manage splicing materials inventory, equipment maintenance, and report completion.
Essential Skills And Knowledge
- Relevant trade qualifications or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of belt splicing supervisory or training experience
- High risk work tickets like WAH, Confined Space, Overhead crane, Rigging preferred
- Team supervision experience
- Knowledge of conveyor belt systems and splicing materials
- Remote work ability
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Technical manuals and drawings interpretation
- Pre-employment medical assessment and drug screening required
