Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and friendly individual to join our team as a Bell Desk Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting guests with their luggage, providing directions and recommendations, and ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out process.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong customer service orientation, and the ability to work well under pressure. Previous experience in a hospitality setting is preferred but not required.
