Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
This is a full-time on-site role as a Bancassurance Sales Manager at AIA Sri Lanka. The person will be responsible for achieving given KPIs and sales targets for the region while managing the individual sales team. The role involves providing support to the sales team, leading them towards their KPIs, and managing the region effectively and efficiently. Reporting functionally and administratively to the Channel Head. Candidates should have 4-5 years of sales experience, team management skills, relevant professional qualifications, market orientation, excellent communication, and bilingual proficiency in Sinhala and English.
