Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Bancassurance Sales Executive at AIA Sri Lanka located in Commercial Bank’s Selected Branches. The Bancassurance Sales Executive will be responsible for selling life and health insurance solutions, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, meeting sales targets, providing financial advice, and conducting presentations and meetings with potential customers.

Role Responsibilities

• Agree on sales targets and sales plan with Regional Manager and achieve the assigned target.
• Generate a prospect database (Leads) of customers by working in coordination of branch staff.
• Generate more leads through the existing customer referrals.
• Conduct product trainings time to time to the branch staff.
• Report the required daily sales activity to the Regional Manager.

• Self-motivated and results-oriented.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred, but not mandatory.
