Job Description

Key Function:

The Bakery Production line Leaders rotates throughout several tasks in a bakery production environment including filling, wrapping, and packaging product while adhering to food safety and quality procedures.

Job description:

·       Operates and monitors continuous production line.

·       Accurately weighing out and preparing ingredients for mixing

·       Mixing, dividing, and shaping dough prior to proving

·       Setting temperatures and cooking times for different products

·       Baking various types of bakery products in large batches

·       Using modern machinery and technology throughout the process

·       Rotates among duties including the mixing, Fermentation, ovens, cooling machine, wrapper machine, packing boxes, stacking boxes, etc.

·       Visually inspects product for quality and quantity.

·       Reports all equipment issues to the supervisor or manager in a timely manner.

·       Understands and complies with all safety procedures that apply to daily operations.

·       Maintains a safe and clean environment by adhering to safety policy and procedures.

·       Adheres to safety policies and procedures including proper food safety and sanitation.

·       Monitoring the operation of devices and machines in production facilities.

Qualification:

·       Minimum 4 Years experience in a bakery production role preferred.

·       Proven knowledge of bakery production methods and standards and food safety regulations such as proper food handling, sanitation, and storage.

·       Demonstrates basic math and counting skills.

·       Good English language communication skill
