Job Description
We are a Business Process OUTSOURCING (BPO) company serving large establishments in the Middle East. We handle end-to-end finance and accounting back-office functions, along with insurance claims and underwriting services.
Are you experienced in customer service, insurance claims, or call center operations within the insurance industry or a large service entity? This could be the perfect opportunity for you.
We are looking for Back Office Service Agents (Motor Insurance – Pre Inspection) for full-time or shift-based positions.
You will be supporting a major insurance firm remotely from our office in Colombo (Full time) or from home (Shift Based).
