Job Description
Serandib Technologies Asia Private Limited is seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our team as Back Office – Operations for the SnapPay project. Responsibilities include processing sales documentation, coordinating approvals, and ensuring smooth activation and delivery processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process sales documentation for individual and bulk sales.
- Enter application details and required documents into the system.
- Monitor and manage approval processes.
- Communicate approval status to sales personnel.
Qualifications:
- Passed GCE A/L and GCE O/L with a credit in English.
- Excellent computer literacy.
- Proficient in English and Sinhala.
- School leavers are encouraged to apply.
