Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Back Office Assistant/Coordinator located in Colombo. The Back Office Assistant will be responsible for performing various administrative and analytical tasks to support the company’s smooth operations. This includes providing administrative assistance, communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders, and delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

  • Experience in back office operations and administrative assistance
  • Strong analytical skills for data analysis and problem-solving
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Demonstrated customer service skills

Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial for this role include attention to detail, proficiency in MS Office, organizational skills, and a proactive attitude.
