Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance and repair on customer vehicles.
- Diagnose vehicle problems using diagnostic equipment.
- Explain repairs, provide excellent customer service.
- Plan repair procedures using manuals and experience.
- Test parts and systems functionality.
- Perform basic auto care tasks like oil changes and tire rotations.
- Repair and replace brake pads, wheel bearings, sensors, and more.
- Perform routine maintenance and general mechanic work.
- Willing to pursue additional certifications.
- Open to hands-on training and continuous learning.
Requirements:
- Automotive repair experience or mechanic training.
- ASE certifications.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Associate degree in auto maintenance and repair.
- Professional appearance and friendly customer service.
- Ability to maintain accurate records.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Understanding of automotive air-conditioning systems.
- Experience with diagnostic equipment.
- Knowledge of diesel engines a plus.
- Good hand-eye coordination.
