Key Responsibilities:
- Lead strategic planning, execution, and communication of audits, collaborating closely with auditee staff and the Internal Audit Manager.
- Efficiently allocate and manage resources to ensure timely completion of audit reviews and tasks.
- Engage with senior management and department heads to develop actionable plans based on audit findings.
- Conduct thorough reviews of audit reports prepared by team leaders, ensuring accuracy and adherence to standards.
- Maintain meticulous documentation of all audit working papers and supporting materials to uphold quality control standards.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Hold a corporate-level CA qualification or equivalent (CIMA/ACCA/CMA).
- Possess a degree or diploma in accounting, finance, or commerce; additional certifications are advantageous.
- Bring 4-5 years of hands-on audit experience, preferably gained in a reputable firm or commercial setting.
- Familiarity with audit analytical software is highly desirable.
- Prior exposure to forensic audits & investigation is a plus.
- Experience within the healthcare sector is an added advantage.
- Demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills, alongside strong analytical capabilities.
