Job Description
Company Description: National Audit Office, formerly known as Auditor’s General Department of Sri Lanka, is a supreme audit organization incorporated by the Parliament Act No. 19 of 2018 National Audit Act.
Role Description: Full-time hybrid role based in Batticaloa. Responsibilities include conducting audits, analyzing financial data, reviewing internal controls, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Some remote work allowed.
Qualifications: BBA from Eastern University, LLB from Open University, Diploma in Computerize Accounting Programming, GCE Advanced Level, and GCE Ordinary Level.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of accounting principles and auditing procedures
- Ability to work independently and in a team
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) certification is a plus. Experience in financial auditing or accounting is preferred.
