Job Description
For one of our clients, Tech Hire Ventures is seeking a highly skilled ATL/Tech Lead proficient in React and Node.js to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and execute software solutions to address business issues
- Mentor and coach team members for ongoing skills development
- Troubleshoot code-level problems efficiently
- Provide architectural blueprints and technical leadership
- Collaborate in technology and product roadmap discussions
Requirements:
- 7+ years of industry experience
- Proficiency in React, Next.js, JavaScript, TypeScript
- Experience in Redux, Node.js, NestJS, Express.js
- Knowledge of relational/NoSQL databases, cloud services, testing, design patterns
- Willingness to learn new technologies
