Key Responsibilities:

• Assist engagement teams with seamless coordination across multiple locations, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
• Support engagement economics by maintaining accurate project budgets and tracking expenses.
• Maintain and update global engagement team databases and contact lists, ensuring information is current and accessible.
• Collate relevant client information and communicate it effectively to the team.
• Ensure all work is thoroughly reviewed before submission, meeting deadlines without compromising quality.
• Identify issues and exceptions proactively, informing the regional engagement team promptly to facilitate resolution.
• Work proactively to respond to the needs of regional stakeholders, fostering strong relationships.
• Attend and actively participate in weekly or bi-weekly calls with regional counterparts, providing progress and status updates.
• Actively solicit feedback on work performed and take appropriate action to implement improvements.

Key Requirements:

• Fresh graduates (in Business Management, Science, Arts, or related fields) or candidates with 0–6 months of industrial experience are welcome to apply.
• Confident and outgoing with strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of engaging with leaders and peers effortlessly.
• Proven ability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining a consistently high standard of work.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and follow up diligently.
• Ability to anticipate potential issues before they arise and plan accordingly.
