Job Description
OrangeHRM Inc. Head Quarters is based in the US and develops the world’s most widely used open-source human resource management software. We are looking for Technical Support Engineers who are passionate about SaaS technologies to join our team in Sri Lanka.
At OrangeHRM, you will have the opportunity to troubleshoot complex issues, provide technical solutions, and build strong client relationships. You will work on a variety of technologies and collaborate with teams to ensure efficient services.
Requirements include knowledge in web servers (Apache, Nginx, IIS), databases (MariaDB, MySQL), Linux, Shell scripting, and proficiency in English. Spanish proficiency and experience in technical support are advantages.
Education required is a Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field, with 1-2 years of experience preferred. Candidates with no experience can be considered for the Associate Technical Support Engineer role.
