Job Description
Responsibilities
- Assist in managing and maintaining system performance, network connectivity, and security.
- Support the deployment and configuration of new systems, applications, and tools.
- Troubleshoot technical issues, ensuring minimal downtime for systems.
- Perform routine maintenance and updates for both hardware and software.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide solutions for complex IT problems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of system administration (Windows/Linux) and networking concepts.
- Familiarity with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure) and virtualization.
- Knowledge of scripting (Python, Bash, etc.) for automation is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
